Could you use a more Restful Sleep?

I really thought I was sleeping good through the night.  I was getting about 7-8 hours of sleep, and occasionally woke up before alarm clock.  I know how important sleep is to my overall health.

Research shows that 7+ hours of sleep per night equates to better health and performance. But let’s face reality, sometimes squeezing in 4 to 5 hours of sleep is all that is possible.  A good night’s sleep plays a key role in the ability to learn, solve problems and maintain a healthy mental outlook.
