During my use I found all those things to be true. I used the entire tube in about a month of daily use, but unfortunately I didn’t notice any changes. Atleadt not like the results of others users.
Even though I didn’t see any difference in cellulite I did like the smell of the gel. And as far as the “cooling” portion of the gel, that was a added surprise with each use. It really did “cool” the skin.
