With fall comes thoughts of Halloween. Dressing up isn’t just for the kids. Why not dress up this year. If it’s the time and gathering supplies that keeps you from dressing up a few quick tricks is what you need.
They is no need to think out and buy makeup from the store. You’ve probably got what you need sitting in your bathroom cupboard. Right in your makeup bag.
For this ghoulish look I simply used a few items right from my makeup bag. I started with the Avon Contour Stick. Using the light color all over my face to create a page pallet the start with. Then I used the darker color under my eyes, and under my cheekbones to create a hollowed effect.
I added some additional contour with the use of a dark brown Glimmersticks eye liner. I even added more contour after I finished with my eyes and mouth.
I used a Blackened Green Glimmersticks eye liner to outline my eyes, and then followed with Love mascara to create long, dark eyelashes.
For my “stitched” mouth I used a Glimmersticks Lip Liner. Since I didn’t have a red in my bag, I used a mauve, but then followed that with a popular lipstick in Cherry Jubilee You could create your “stitched” mouth with a lip tattoo in Rebel Raspberry. But a caution that the lip Tattoo with take a bit more effort to remove at the end of the day.
Of course I followed the look with a Setting Spray to make sure my goulish look lays throughout the day (or night)
As you can see, a few items your already have stashed away in your makeup bag, can create a Halloween face in a few simple minutes, and a bit of imagination.
