Are you ready to embrace what lies ahead?

With the start of another school year, so many of us are hoping life gets back to “normal”.  But what does normal really mean.  For each of us, it had a completely different definition.

For me it means figuring out how to navigate in a new, different and exciting direct selling climate than it was 6 months ago.  Social, Face to Face interactions is what my business was founded on, and how I’ve been doing things for the past 7 years.  Today is much different.  Face to Face contact is now a thing of the past.  Social interaction is now a thing of the past. And yes, “Ding Don’t it’s Avon” is a thing of the past.

So what does the future look like?  Over the past 6 months, that question has been asked again and again, with no precise answer.

Now that school has started back up, some type of routine, some type of normalization, some type of moving forward is upon us.  But the lingering question in most of our minds is how do we get back into a routine, get back to being normal and get back to moving forward.

I think we must first grieve for the life we remember from before, because this new normal is not the same.  What was one out routine, what was one our normal, is no longer possible.  And just like all grief, we have denied there was a problem, we’ve been pissed, we’ve been depressed, we’ve even bargained – thinking of we could just “slow the spread” it would fix everything.  Guess what?  Our old life is gone, and now we are ready to embrace what lies ahead. (Well maybe)

So my question to you is, are you ready to embrace what lies ahead?  Are you ready to discover your new routine, discover your new normal, and how you’re moving ahead.
